Founded in 2003 and operating from Eau-Coulée, we supply restaurants, hotels, retailers, and food service businesses across Mauritius. Our production blends traditional Mauritian recipes with modern production consistency — every batch is calibrated for repeatable flavour, colour, and aroma at any volume.
Every Hashnoor blend is the result of our own trial and error — developed, tested, and refined in-house until the flavour is right. What passes our standard is recorded and reproduced with precision, using only the best raw materials we can source. We don't compete on price — we compete on quality.
